Returns & Exchanges
At HITWAY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your HITWAY gear in its original box, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
